Alma del Fuego, translating to Soul of Fire, draws its inspiration and fiery core from the volcanoes of Ometepe! This island is home to two volcanoes that enrich the soil to such a degree that only a small amount of Ometepe is usually used in a blend, or else it may overpower the entire experience.
