MY FATHER CLASSIC REVIEW – CALIFORNIA
Summary: This is a sexy looking cap. The first few puffs offer leather, cereal grain, and a slight saltiness akin to an ocean breeze. There's an interesting meatiness taking hold which adds to the "piratey" flavor profile. Halfway in and I'm really hoping this ship hasn't set sail without any notes of sweetness to compliment the savory. Macadamia nuts. Some cinnamon joins near the end, but still no sugar tonight. In the final two inches, a Hail Mary cannon shot of cantaloupe sweetness finds its mark, making me one jolly Roger.

MY FATHER CLASSIC REVIEW – WISCONSIN
Summary: This cigar brought notes of oak, cocoa, campfire, chili spice, mushroom, dark chocolate, and salt. It was an interesting flavor profile that I found quite enjoyable.
It burned slowly with no issues, and the draw gave no problems. Construction was right on point.
If You Like That, You Might Like This: Anything having to do with cocoa or chocolate.
Pairing Suggestion: Bourbon.

MY FATHER CLASSIC REVIEW – OREGON
Summary: The reddish-brown wrapper on this stick had a very sharp barnyard scent. The finish is a bit bumpy and lumpy. Lots of fresh tobacco notes from the foot.
Leather, walnut and sharp notes of fresh oak hit the palate to start. The retro hale experience is even more sharp and very spicy. Initially the draw seemed really nice. Now it feels like there may be a void in the filler or binder.
Working towards the middle and there is an overall mineral flavor to the profile that isn’t good. Nuances are still there with oak, some citrus, leather and occasional hints of wasabi-like heat. The cigar is burning well but has a really messy ash.
Headed into the final section and man, a bit harsh for my liking and too many mineral notes. Again, there are some good flavors, but the balance is off. The cigar isn’t hot at all so the harshness is a mystery.
If You Like That, You Might Like This: Christmas fruitcake, in March.
Pairing Suggestion: Vodka martini.
Purchase Recommendation to a Friend: Single.
