As I type this, I’m smoking from my last Black Honey bundle. It’s a bit of a tradition now… although last time I smoked my very last original release Black Honey as the new bundles landed.

The original had a peppery blast and chocolatey sensation akin to Mexican Hot Chocolate. In a word, it was phenomenal. The next bundles that dropped years ago had a floral element to the smoking experience at the expense of dominant cocoa notes when they were fresh. As I’m smoking this one today, I’m amazed at the spice it still has after all this time. And yes, the cocoa is still there harmonizing with floral sensations like a dream.

What’s new with Black Honey these days? Well, the blend has stayed the same (as much as it can, given the years of time that’s passed) but these gems are getting a face lift! The bundles are out and a 10-ct box is in. We’ll all miss Kyle’s handwriting with a gold marker on the bundles, but the 10-ct box is a gigantic win for cigar enthusiasts everywhere.
