Summary: Regaining my senses after an initial pepper bomb blast, I find charred meat to be a suitable canvas on which the pepper paints. Umami brings the fungi funk! Two-fifths of the way down, the spice finds the perfect gear for the hearty profile to call to mind Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love.”
The strength fires on all cylinders towards the end, and while there wasn’t much in the way of complexity, I’m buying the car after the test drive.

Summary: Cayenne pepper layered on top of leather. Whew, consider the tip of my tongue spiced and numb! I’m surprised at the Spearmint finish for a nice reprieve.
The second third mellowed and settled into wood and espresso. I don’t know if it’s the previous spicy note or a new one, but my lips and tongue remain tingly. I’m intrigued by the life this cigar brought to my palate; it woke right up!
