ROOM101 14TH ANNIVERSARY REVIEW – DOM
Summary: My favorite color is brown. In the wide array of shades of brown, there are sexy shades, and there are shades that remind me of poop; this cigar looks like a dusty turd. Getting past the fat double cap, I taste damp wood, dirt, and discount brand corn flakes.
Halfway through, and I’m not happy—dry, vegetal tootsie rolls bump the rating down. I don’t enjoy crapping on cigars, but this cigar is cramping my style.

ROOM101 14TH ANNIVERSARY REVIEW – RICH
Summary: This cigar brought bold flavors of earth, hickory, anise, black pepper, cocoa nibs (bitter!), and red pepper flakes.
The burn and draw were both fine. The cigar put out a whole ton of smoke. Overall, it wasn't really my jam, but it does what it does quite well.

ROOM101 14TH ANNIVERSARY REVIEW – BEN
Summary: Green pepper with some jalapeno heat. I find myself holding my breath during the first few puffs: the flavor is a little potent on my palate in the beginning. My nose is tingling so much that it could be mistaken for a minty note. The heat mellows and brings leather and black tea leaves during the second third. That green pepper note continues to hold on.

ROOM101 14TH ANNIVERSARY REVIEW – TED
Summary: Other than the hole in the wrapper leaf about an inch and a half up from the foot, this is a great looking cigar. Dark brown color with a little visible tooth.
Umami and dark earthy notes blanketed with some black pepper and cocoa. Pretty decent start. I’m also tasting a hint of floral notes and some *dramatic pause* clove? Interesting.
Further into this stick there are some slight shifts in the profile. Mild wood notes, cocoa and coffee along with a small amount of leather and floral flavors all mix nicely. There’s still a bit of pepper spice as well. Construction and smoke output are aces on this cigar so far. Retro hale smoke is a smooth combination of pepper and floral notes.
Let’s wrap this up. Fresh wood notes with charred meat, citrusy floral flavors, a lingering pepper note, black coffee and a bit of anise in the finish. This cigar was perfect front to back. Full bodied and relatively strong. Maybe have a snack before smoking this one.
